Magnesium for Restorative sleep, aches and pains, natural deodorizer.

***Due to years of processed food consumption, biofilm and sludge can build up in the gut, preventing proper absorption of nutrients and supplements. My magnesium effectively absorbs through the skin, bypassing the gut and going straight to the blood stream🙌***

***I use Kangen filtrated beauty water at 6.0 ph for bioavailability and effective absorption when compared to other magnesium oils using filtered or distilled water. Kangen medical water is molecularly restructured, our skin is an organ, thus optimal absorption ***

A good portion of the population is deficient in magnesium, unless actively trying to increase magnesium in your diet or eating a lot of seafood(oysters). Most of the produce that we consume is depleted of magnesium due to nutrient leached soils. If you have an impaired gut like IBS, Crohn’s, etc. and are taking oral magnesium supplementation, there is a likelihood of poor absorption due to the G.I. tract being compromised.

Most people are deterred from using topical magnesium from prior irritation(skin itching and/or tingling). THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL, it signifies a severe deficiency of magnesium in the body. What you are feeling is the body pulling in the magnesium so fast from a trans dermal application that it is slightly irritating the skin..*** I suggest starting with 3-5 pumps in the arch of both feet before bed(apply socks to avoid discoloration of bedding). For other body areas: Adding a small amount of olive oil before applying magnesium will slow down the process of absorption and irritate the skin less.

Side note: If you are not getting enough bio available calcium in your diet, then it will be incredibly hard for you to absorb the amount of magnesium needed. Sometimes when people are magnesium deficient it is actually because they are calcium deficient. These are important cofactors, which can lead to the fact that if the body is vitamin D deficient, you’re probably magnesium deficient. Your body needs magnesium in order to create vitamin D. Which is actually a hormone not a vitamin.
