Ginger Rhizome Tincture

Ginger(Zingiber officinale)

A pungent aromatic, this plant ally is commonly used for gastrointestinal upset, hormone modulation and is a systemic anti inflammatory. I love her for immune system enhancement and her ability to increase blood circulation. 

As with all tinctures, I suggest starting with 3-5 drops and waiting 10-15 minutes to test tolerance. The goal is to use the smallest dose possible for therapeutic effect to avoid building a resistance.
